1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

When you submit a form (demo request, callback, custom offer, order, contact or partner application), we receive only what you type:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Your hotel or restaurant name, if you provide one
• Any message you write
• The page you submitted from and the site language, so we can reply appropriately

Automatically, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request). Your IP address is also used briefly in memory to rate-limit form submissions and block spam. If — and only if — you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads also set cookies and measure how the site is used.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer you and to run the demo, quote or order you asked for — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
• To keep the site secure and working (server logs, spam rate-limiting) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure site usage and advertising performance (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can decline, and everything on the site still works.

4. Cookies and measurement

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies until you press “Accept” on the banner. Before that, Google’s tags run in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode v2) in which no cookies are stored and no identifiers are sent.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which are not, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which advertisements lead to enquiries. We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles about you ourselves.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit.

5. Who else sees your data

We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. Your data may be processed by:

• Our email delivery provider, to deliver your form submission to our inbox.
• Our own CRM, hosted on our own infrastructure, where enquiries are recorded so nothing is lost.
• Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on.
• Google Ireland Limited, for Analytics and Ads — only if you accepted cookies.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, that transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and customer records: for as long as we are in contact with you about the M60, and afterwards for as long as commercial and tax law requires us to keep them.
• Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
• Server logs: a short technical retention period, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time — that does not affect what happened before.

Write to i@fitotech.lu and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux — cnpd.public.lu.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date below. Material changes affecting you will be communicated directly where we have your contact details.
